How time flies, it's been a fairly quiet time and we've only attended a few shows recently:-

Friday 31 May 2013 - Attended Southern Counties Championship Show at Thatcham, it was a lovely sunny day. We enjoyed our day although Josh was unplaced in two nice classes, Post Graduate and Limit the judge was Glyn Griffiths.

Wednesday 29 May 2013 - Went to Guildford & District Show at Shalford Park which is nice and local, it started off dry but ended up pretty wet and windy. Josh was placed 3rd in ESS Open.

Monday 6 May 2013 - For a change an enjoyable hot sunny day at the South of England Agricultural Show at Ardingly. Josh was placed 4th in ESS Open.

Friday 26 April 2013

A wet start on the journey down to Malvern for WELKS but it was dry and sunny, although a chilly wind, when we arrived. Judging started outside but just as Josh was about to go into Post Graduate there was heavy shower with hailstones and we had to rush indoors to complete judging. Josh was unplaced in a large class, the judge was Kathy Gorman.

Wednesday 17 April 2013

Started off in damp drizzle but was dry, although very windy, by the time we arrived at Kempton Park for the Windsor Gundog Society show. Josh was in a nice ESS Post Graduate class, the judge was Catrionia Brough (Riselawroad) and in a large AV Special Beginners class, unfortunately unplaced.

Sunday 14 April 2013

Travelled up to Markfield, Leicester for the English Springer Spaniel Club Championship Show. Took Josh who was unplaced in a nice large Post Graduate class and was 4th in his Limit class, the judge was Nicola Calvert (Calvdale).

Josh 02 (Jan2013)

Monday 21 January 2013

It doesn't seem possible that we are already over half way through January, at present we have no show news but hopefully we will be back soon. Over the weekend we had about four inches of snow, even if we prefer to stay indoors and keep warm the dogs have been thoroughly enjoying themselves having fun out in the garden in the snow.
